Why do we take things personally?

Frederik Imbo has beautifully explained this in his one of his speech in TED talk. So, before starting this if you are more interested in watching video then you can go and search on youtube about him. So let's go.....
Why we take things personally? This is the one question that doesn't come in the mind when we are taking things personally, how funny!
There are two strategy to conquer taking things personally. The first one is "This is not about me", what does it mean?
let us take one example let say you are talking with your friend in the phone suddenly he cut your phone or not picking up or may be he is talking with someone else while with you on call. We take these things personally. We think he is not recognising me, not paying attention to me may be i am not that important to him. This attacks on our self respect and hurt us.
But on second side if we think that may be it is not about me. It might be possible that the person to whom he is talking is his father or mother or we can say more important than me simply. May be he is doing some urgent work and i disturbed him. So to conclude just think the matter with the perspective of other poeple also.
The second strategy is "It is about me", what does it mean?
May be you have given a chance to people to insult you. May be there is your fault which you are regularly ignoring. Or speak up what you feel, let say if you are speaking to someone and he is not paying attention to you just say him or her that i am speaking very important thing of my life and you are not listening, this is not good it hurts me.
This will increases the chances of other person to understand you. So, don't judge yourself your own. You are more valuable than what you think. You should also keep your value.

Stay connected!
Thank you!

China launched 6G satellite

China is progressing leaps and bounds, while India is still struggling with 5G even with 4G. In our country many telecom companies are not ready for auction of 5G spectrum except JIO. Whether it is Airtel or Vodafone, they have great amount of AGR to pay to the government around 30000 to 40000 crores. Also rural areas of Jharkhand and Bihar have not access of even 2G network because they have not smartphone yet.

It is unfortunate that country with tag of golden bird, struggling with party politics. They are doing bad politics of Hindu-Muslim. Our decision makers have no time for these initiatives.

Future world is all about information technology. Going with the time is the requirement of the time, otherwise there will be no difference left between India and countries that are critisized by indian.

Government of India should focus on welfare policies rather than controversial policies like CAA. GOI should take greater initiatives also provide incentives to our industries to come with full confidence and invest, so that we can also walk with head up.

Thank you!

Have a nice day!

Does cinema really influence our mind?

After releasing movies like Kabir Singh or Joker. This is become a matter of discussion that these type of movies should be banned. Many beliefs that it has an impact on our daily life.

But question is about the difference between what we consider as true or what is really true. let suppose that cinema influences our life then is the same person who is influenced by the movie Kabir Singh also get influenced by the movie 3 idoits. No, definitely not, because mindset is different, environment is different.

My answer to this question is our home environment decides what really influence us. How has been we grown up and what lessons we have been taught decides what we like. Also it also get influenced by our friend circle in which we spend our greater part of our time.

So, i am not saying that these type of movies is good and should be made also in future. I just want to clear that your problem is not inherited from here. You have to be analytical and critical in your views.

Thank you!

Have a nice day!
